What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead identification to closing to drive revenue.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with Finance leaders, Controllers, and C-level executives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via web conferencing and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship records and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guide clients through onboarding requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a full-cycle closing sales role within B2B SaaS or payments.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales process, specifically targeting finance organizations.
  • Experience selling to finance leaders, CPAs, accounting firms, and banking sectors.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and web conferencing tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
