What you will do
- Own a defined regional portfolio of advisers in the Midlands and South West and drive referral depth, volume, and quality.
- Spend most time in the field visiting advisers, attending regional network events, and re-engaging advisers who are registered but not actively referring.
- Deliver proposition training and keep advisers updated on product and platform changes within the network’s corporate distribution framework.
- Act as the first point of contact for adviser queries, resolve issues quickly, and support onboarding of referred clients.
- Maintain and report on a current regional pipeline (engagement levels, referral volumes, and conversion) to the Relationships Team Lead.
- Work credibly within the commercial and regulatory framework governing the corporate distribution partnership.
Requirements
- Experience in field-based sales or relationship management with a proven track record of building trusted face-to-face relationships and converting to commercial outcomes.
- Comfort working in the field daily, with energy for travel, variety, and in-person interaction.
- Strong communication skills to represent confidently to financial advisers and wealth professionals (1:1 and in groups).
- Solid understanding of the UK financial advice market, including independent vs restricted vs network advisers and how cash management fits into advisers’ client propositions.
- Financial literacy to discuss cash, interest rates, FSCS protection, and multi-bank diversification.
- Ability to operate within a corporate distribution partnership and its commercial/regulatory framework.
