What you will do

• Own and develop a regional territory in Scotland and Northern Ireland to drive referral activity.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with IFA firms and wealth managers to build long-term partnerships.
• Identify and onboard new firms to the hirify.global platform.
• Deliver presentations and training to advisers on the referral portal and onboarding processes.
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitive pressures and platform feedback.
• Maintain a clear regional pipeline and report on territory health to the Relationships Team Lead.

Requirements

• Proven track record in field-based sales or relationship management within financial services.
• Solid understanding of the IFA and wealth manager market, including client financial planning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a diary and territory plan independently.
• Must be based in Scotland or Northern Ireland to facilitate regular field visits.
• Financial literacy regarding interest rates, FSCS protection, and multi-bank diversification.
