TL;DR

Partnerships Manager (Fintech): Own end-to-end partner-sourced merchant growth by identifying opportunities, designing commercial structures, negotiating and closing deals, and managing partner performance with an accent on deal economics, scalable contract structures, and lifecycle KPI management. Focus on building a predictable pipeline of qualified merchants through referral, reseller, and ISV partnership models in a high-velocity B2B environment.

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities across target verticals and segments.
  • Source and qualify new partner prospects (referral partners, resellers, and ISVs/software platforms) aligned to the ideal merchant profile.
  • Design commercial deal structures (fees, revenue share, margins, exclusivity, bundled offers) and translate terms into contracts and internal approval documents.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations with senior partner stakeholders, including integration scope, marketing commitments, and SLAs.
  • Onboard partners and manage the full partner lifecycle with regular business reviews, KPI tracking, and proactive intervention.
  • Enable sales by ensuring partner-sourced opportunities flow into sales motions and feeding insights back to Product, Marketing, and Pricing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or similar commercial roles with direct ownership of partner-sourced revenue.
  • Track record of identifying, structuring, negotiating, and closing partnership deals (not only relationship management).
  • Strong commercial instincts: ability to model partner economics and defend deal structures with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage partners across the full lifecycle from launch through performance management and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with credibility at C-level and below.
  • Self-starter who can build processes and operate autonomously.
