Regional Manager (Medtech)

Location: Must reside within the NW Florida region (Jacksonville, FL); 60% travel required

Salary: $150,000 base, $250,000 at plan

What you will do

• Manage medical equipment sales activities, planning and implementing regional sales programs.
• Directly supervise, coach, and develop Territory Managers and Sales Associates.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts throughout the region.
• Meet or exceed regional performance objectives, including order counts, revenue quotas, and profit.
• Analyze and report on market trends within the assigned region.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, and training of new sales professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of field sales experience within cardiology, medical device, and/or pharma industries.
• 5+ years of experience in medical equipment sales management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel at least 60% of the time and reside within the assigned region.
