What you will do

• Provide frontline IT support for employees across Windows and macOS environments.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and access provisioning.
• Maintain and optimize company systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, and security tools.
• Implement automation for Okta identity management, access control, and monitoring.
• Support enterprise conference AV systems to ensure high-quality meeting experiences.
• Develop and contribute to IT process documentation to scale support operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT Systems, Enterprise IT, or internal DevOps tooling.
• Strong scripting skills, preferably in Python (Go is a plus), with comfort integrating APIs.
• Solid troubleshooting fundamentals for macOS/Windows endpoints and networking basics.
• Ability to work in Linux environments and apply operational best practices.
• Experience with identity and access workflows (Okta/Entra, Google Workspace/M365).
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IAM patterns, access lifecycle automation, and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM).
• Administration experience with Google Workspace and/or M365.
• Experience with modern device management tools like Kandji, Intune, or Jamf.
• Collaboration with Security teams on compliance or vulnerability management.
