What you will do

• Lead post-sales technical execution to ensure seamless product deployment and partner growth.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving API connectivity, OAuth/SAML authentication, and networking constraints.
• Proactively monitor integration health and product metrics to mitigate technical risks before they affect partners.
• Act as the technical bridge between partners and internal engineering teams to inform product development decisions.
• Develop scalable deployment playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and integration best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering to build internal tooling for real-time integration observability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience supporting business-critical technical relationships.
• Strong knowledge of networking, API architectures, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Proficiency with debugging tools like Postman, system logs, and GCP.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics for both engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic EHR system configurations.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or SQL for automating troubleshooting.
• Experience with strict privacy and security protocols in healthcare environments.
