What you will do

  • Launch and scale end-to-end growth channels including paid social, YouTube, organic social, influencer, and affiliate plays.
  • Drive high-velocity creative testing and optimization to treat creative as the primary growth lever.
  • Manage and optimize CAC, LTV, and payback targets to ensure efficient scaling.
  • Partner with and mentor the Growth Associate to align acquisition and lifecycle marketing (onboarding, activation, retention).
  • Collaborate closely with sales pods to optimize the conversion funnel.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ad concept iteration and automate reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with direct budget ownership.
  • Proven track record of hitting quantitative growth targets.
  • Strong creative instincts for ad creative and video hooks.
  • Fluency with AI tools integrated into daily professional workflows.
  • Full-funnel marketing expertise and strict CAC discipline.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to founders, startups, or SMBs.
  • Literacy in fintech and banking.
  • Experience scaling a channel from initial spend to significant scale.
  • Experience with founder-led and UGC content systems.
