Salary: $157,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the full email lifecycle from 1:many brand nurture programs to 1:1 sales-style outreach to drive MQL conversion.
  • Write and optimize high-converting copy for nurture flows, behavioral triggers, and high-intent sales sequences.
  • Partner with Pipeline Ops to build hirify.global Engage flows and personalization frameworks for automated sales follow-ups.
  • Run a structured A/B and multivariate testing program to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and send times.
  • Manage email deliverability, sender reputation, list hygiene, and brand consistency across all sends.
  • Utilize AI tools to generate variants, pressure-test angles, and accelerate content creation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and sales engagement platforms like hirify.global Engage, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Strong analytical rigor to run experimentation programs and turn data into repeatable patterns.
  • Deep knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Understanding of GTM strategy, including ICP, personas, and buying stages.
  • Must be based in New York City.
