Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 USD (Base)

A fast-growing telemetry infrastructure company providing an AI platform for telemetry to the world's largest enterprises.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
  • Articulate the value proposition to stakeholders across the organization, from engineers up to CxOs.
  • Ensure predictable forecasting and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Collaborate effectively within a remote-first, global organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling SIEM and Observability solutions to CISO and CIO personas.
  • Track record of landing 5+ new logos annually and managing complex sales processes.
  • Experience executing a channel-led sales motion.
  • Proficiency using the MEDDIC sales framework.
  • Must reside locally within the Bay Area territory.

  • Experience working in early-stage startups with fewer than 1,000 employees.
