What you will do

• Lead local onboarding sessions and create essential training materials for EMEA GTM teams.
• Adapt and localize GTM collateral and enablement resources specifically for the EMEA market.
• Drive regional enablement programs and field communications to support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with NAMER-based partners to ensure global consistency in rollouts and sales methodologies.
• Develop and centralize enablement content, tools, and resources for the regional organization.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in enablement, training, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong background in sales is preferred.
• Proven experience in training design and curriculum creation.
• Experience working in or supporting EMEA markets and familiarity with regional business culture.
• Ability to operate autonomously across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI or SaaS industries.
• Experience with GTM functions such as Sales and Customer Success.
