What you will do
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new sales hires to accelerate productivity.
- Build and iterate on enablement programs aligned with evolving GTM motions.
- Lead continuous training and development for the sales team.
- Deploy frontline enablement materials, including updated playbooks and decks.
- Deliver value selling training focusing on MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Create practical, rep-facing assets for daily execution.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience in sales enablement, particularly in onboarding and rep development.
- Strong preference for candidates who have previously led a sales team.
- Proven track record of building scalable onboarding programs.
- Ability and confidence to deliver live, rep-facing training.
- Proficiency in value selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
- Experience operating in high-velocity, first-principles environments.
