TL;DR

Implementation Manager (Enterprise SaaS): Managing the onboarding and implementation process for a data privacy governance platform with an accent on customer experience and regulatory compliance. Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Falls Church, VA). Relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 per year

What you will do

  • Onboard new customers and manage the implementation of privacy solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing support to customers.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or implementation within Enterprise SaaS.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations, specifically GDPR and CCPA.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work from the Falls Church, VA office 3 times per week.
