Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 per year

What you will do
- Onboard new customers and manage the implementation of privacy solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise accounts.
- Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing support to customers.
- Proactively monitor customer health and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or implementation within Enterprise SaaS.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, specifically GDPR and CCPA.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work from the Falls Church, VA office 3 times per week.
