What you will do

• Build and document repeatable processes for country expansion across product, marketing, design, and sales.
• Own the end-to-end localization roadmap and communicate priorities to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage translation vendors and tooling, ensuring quality standards and scalability.
• Establish a QA framework for localization projects to ensure consistency across markets.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate localization into the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate rollout priorities for the website, sales assets, and digital campaigns.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in localization, international operations, or program management.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end localization programs across multiple languages and regions.
• Experience with TMS platforms such as LILT, Phrase, or Smartling.
• Strong cross-functional skills to drive clarity across Operations, Marketing, and Product.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS or AI/tech companies.
• Familiarity with Figma or Sanity CMS.
• Experience building localization programs from scratch at a scaling company.
