TL;DR

Manager, Creative Operations (Marketing/Creative Ops): Leading the execution and improvement of systems and workflows for the Creative organization with an accent on intake, prioritization, and resource planning. Focus on implementing operational platforms, AI-enabled tools, and digital asset management to scale creative execution.

Location: On-site in Boston, MA. Must be prepared to relocate to Boston if necessary.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end intake and prioritization for Creative, aligning work with business objectives and team capacity.
• Manage day-to-day workflows, providing visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to proactively identify gaps and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Production stakeholders to establish clear project requirements and success criteria.
• Administer and optimize operational infrastructure, including PM platforms, digital asset management (DAM), and AI tools.
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track team utilization and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, project management, or agency operations.
• Proven success in building workflows, governance processes, and operational systems in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing resource planning and prioritization across multiple stakeholders and concurrent initiatives.
• Proficiency with project management platforms and digital asset management (DAM) tools.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily tasks to maintain high-quality operational standards.
