What you will do

• Lead full-cycle executive searches across key functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering.
• Partner directly with C-level and senior executives to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience and conduct in-depth interviews to assess leadership capability.
• Drive inclusive, data-informed search strategies to ensure diversity and excellence in leadership slates.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline outreach, scheduling, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing market insights and professional candidate summaries to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in recruiting, with 4+ years focused on Director+ or executive-level hiring.
• Must be based in the United States (Contract remote position).
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders through critical hiring decisions.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and AI-enhanced tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interactions.
