What you will do
- Lead a small team of executive recruiters and researchers focused on Director+, Principal, and Distinguished Engineering and Product Management talent.
- Develop and execute proactive talent strategies to build long-term relationships with world-class technical leaders.
- Partner directly with VPs and SVPs of Engineering & Product Management to define leadership needs and influence hiring decisions.
- Build and refine AI-augmented recruiting workflows using Cortex AI and agentic automation to accelerate sourcing and pipeline management.
- Establish quality and velocity standards for executive searches, utilizing data to optimize outcomes.
- Represent the employer brand at the executive level to attract high-caliber technical leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience with significant depth in technical executive search (Director+, VP, Principal).
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a recruiting team.
- Deep fluency in the technical leadership market across AI/ML, infrastructure, and data platforms.
- Proven ability to build proactive sourcing strategies independent of inbound applications.
- Strong executive presence and ability to partner with VP/SVP level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in executive search at a top-tier technology company or retained search firm.
- Familiarity with 's product landscape and the data/AI infrastructure talent market.
- Experience building or transforming executive recruiting functions from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience using GenAI tools for candidate research and market mapping.
