🔥 Senior Technical Recruiter (Executive Search | CTO & Product Leadership Hiring)

🌍 Location: Remote (United States Preferred)
💼 Engagement Type: Paid Trial (2–3 Weeks) → Long-Term Contract or Full-Time

❗️Trial Compensation
Paid 2–3 week trial engagement
USD $1,500 – $3,000 depending on experience and demonstrated recruiting performance

❗️Full-Time Compensation
USD $100,000 – $140,000 annual base salary
Performance bonuses tied to successful leadership hires
Additional incentives for exceptional recruiting outcomes

📌 About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional recruiter with proven experience identifying and engaging senior technology and product leadership talent.
This is not a traditional recruiting role focused on processing applications or filling high-volume positions. Our immediate priority is accelerating project execution by securing strong leadership talent, particularly a highly capable CTO and experienced Project Manager/Product Leader.
We are looking for someone who can independently identify, approach, qualify, and engage high-caliber candidates who are often not actively seeking new opportunities.
The ideal recruiter understands how to conduct executive-level searches, build relationships with passive candidates, and consistently deliver qualified leadership talent within aggressive timelines.

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level searches for:
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Head of Engineering
- VP Engineering
- Engineering Manager
- Technical Director
- Senior Product Manager
- Product Lead
- Technical Program Manager
- Project Manager
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- GitHub
- X (Twitter)
- Discord communities
- Telegram groups
- Industry communities
- Professional networks and referrals
- Identify and engage passive candidates who are not actively applying to jobs.
- Conduct recruiter screenings and evaluate leadership, technical, and organizational fit.
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Present qualified candidates with detailed assessments and recommendations.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high execution standards.

📌 Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting senior technical or product leadership positions.
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
- Proven ability to conduct executive search activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.

📌 Trial Engagement
Shortlisted candidates will participate in a paid 2–3 week trial engagement.
The purpose of the trial is to evaluate real recruiting performance through actual execution rather than interviews alone.

During the trial period, recruiters will be expected to:
- Build qualified CTO candidate pipelines
- Build qualified Project Manager/Product Leadership candidate pipelines
- Conduct direct outreach to passive candidates
- Generate meaningful candidate engagement
- Deliver qualified candidates suitable for interview consideration

📌 Trial Success Metrics
Performance will be evaluated based on:
CTO Search
- Identification of high-quality CTO candidates
- Ability to engage senior technical leaders
- Candidate quality and relevance
- Responsiveness and communication effectiveness

Project Manager / Product Leadership Search
- Ability to source strong delivery-focused candidates
- Quality of candidate assessments
- Candidate engagement and pipeline development

Overall Evaluation
- Quality over quantity
- Speed of execution
- Ability to independently solve sourcing challenges
- Professionalism and communication
- Consistency and accountability
