Salary: $164,900 – $236,000 (depending on US region)

What you will do

• Lead business expansion and growth across the Latin America region.
• Develop and execute retail sales strategies, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key electronics retailers, department stores, and specialty stores.
• Manage distributor strategy, commercial negotiations, and inventory planning across the region.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing retail sales team to foster a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to maximize retail impact.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in retail sales, trade, and account management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role specifically focused on the LATAM region.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven success with a wide range of large retailers across various verticals (general merchandisers, online, specialty).
• Experience leading large-scale fixture/display programs and visual merchandising.
• Must be based in the United States.
