Salary: $145,000 – $180,000 base, OTE $290,000 – $360,000

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to closing enterprise deals.
  • Develop tailored strategic business plans and deliver formal proposals to potential clients.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and account management to ensure client growth and retention.
  • Utilize CRM to track activities and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Travel up to 20% domestically for client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales within the retail or e-commerce online sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with consultative selling and a highly analytical approach.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and the RTB model is an asset.
