What you will do

• Manage the hiring and onboarding process for the Sports remote freelance population.
• Utilize internal systems including SCORE and SAP for personnel management.
• Coordinate with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure timely payment processing.
• Support the recruitment process in collaboration with Sports HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Perform HRIS transactions and generate ad hoc reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR, data entry, or administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be willing to work onsite in Stamford, CT.
• Must be willing to work overtime or weekends when required.
