hirify.global is an aerospace manufacturer and space transportation company dedicated to enabling human life on Mars.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires from offer acceptance.
  • Schedule and facilitate weekly new hire orientation sessions across all sites.
  • Verify employment eligibility and maintain accurate records for all new employees.
  • Evaluate and improve existing onboarding processes to increase efficiency.
  • Manage onboarding supplies and respond to new hire inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and people managers to support resource development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ years of professional experience in HR, marketing, customer service, or administration.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
  • Must be local to Bastrop, TX or willing to relocate.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Greenhouse or Workday.
  • Prior experience in HR or recruiting functions.
