TL;DR
People Operations Coordinator (HR Ops): Delivering an exceptional employee experience across the entire team member lifecycle with an accent on employee support, process management, and scalable systems. Focus on executing onboarding and offboarding workflows, maintaining accurate employee data, and optimizing operational efficiency through AI and automation.
Location: Remote (Global). Requested to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Salary: $50K – $115K (Annual cash range for U.S. locations)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager People Team inquiries.
- Manage and resolve helpdesk requests and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across People systems.
- Create and maintain knowledge base content and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI, and operational best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Employee Services, or Recruiting Operations.
- Experience supporting employees or candidates in a customer-facing support environment.
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools such as Workday, Ashby, Jira, Confluence, or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail in managing employee data and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Nice to have
- Experience working within a helpdesk, ticketing, or shared-services model.
- Familiarity with HR compliance, records management, and audit support.
- Experience creating documentation and SOPs.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
- Interest in using AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
