What you will do

• Partner with NeoCloud customers to design scalable platform services including AI, database, and object storage.
• Engage early in customer planning cycles to influence architectural direction before implementation.
• Design end-to-end platform architectures spanning compute, networking, storage, and AI infrastructure.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, blueprints, and operational runbooks for the NeoCloud ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure platform designs enable rapid delivery of customer-facing services.
• Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams to shape future platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience designing large-scale infrastructure or platform architectures in cloud or AI environments.
• Strong background across compute, networking, operating systems, storage, and distributed platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to create technical artifacts like reference architectures and solution blueprints.
• Experience building or enabling IaaS, AI infrastructure, or database services.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills to translate business objectives into technical architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience with database or application services.
• Background in hyperscaler or large enterprise technology organizations.
