Salary: $145K – $174K + Equity

What you will do
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of regional field marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline.
- Partner closely with Sales to drive pre-event targeting, meeting booking, and post-event follow-ups.
- Build feedback loops with Sales to track pipeline performance and optimize ROI.
- Develop scalable playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze event performance (pipeline attribution, conversion rates, ROI) to guide strategy.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and multiple programs across regions.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of field/event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
- Proven zero-to-one experience building field marketing programs from scratch.
- Strong sales alignment experience, including pipeline metrics and follow-up workflows.
- Track record of executing in-person events tied to pipeline generation.
- Operational rigor across processes, reporting, and budget management.
- Must be based in San Francisco or New York with a willingness for hybrid work and frequent travel.
