What you will do

• Execute the end-to-end event calendar, including trade shows, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner activations.
• Partner with the Head of Events to build a repeatable and scalable event function across priority markets and industries.
• Manage trade show operations including exhibitor portals, booth assignments, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site logistics.
• Coordinate regional field programs such as product demos, lunch-and-learns, and customer briefings.
• Support executive and speaker programs, ensuring technical SMEs and leadership are prepared and supported.
• Drive on-site lead capture and deliver clean lead lists to Revenue Operations and Sales within 24 hours of events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or event management, ideally within a technology startup.
• Hands-on experience with trade show exhibitor portals such as Freeman, Cvent, or Experient.
• Proven track record of executing booths and field activations end-to-end independently.
• Exceptional project management, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
• Must be based on the continental US.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI infrastructure, edge computing, defense, national security, or enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to support technical demos and hardware-forward event activations.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and hybrid event production.
• Experience creating event playbooks and reporting dashboards.
