TL;DR

Salary: $129,000 – $210,000 (depending on geographic zone, inclusive of 10% bonus target)

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a team of field and event managers, establishing operating norms and departmental policies.
  • Oversee the events and field marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and spend tracking.
  • Execute end-to-end regional third-party event programs to drive brand awareness and pipeline goals.
  • Build and implement owned field event programs and a multi-city roadshow to deepen buyer understanding.
  • Partner with sales and GTM leadership to prioritize markets and develop coordinated field plans.
  • Collaborate with internal thought leaders to design content and in-person experiences for target accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • 7+ years of event management and field marketing experience managing individual contributors.
  • Ability to build scalable operational frameworks and lead complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support regional marketing initiatives.
