What you will do

• Drive process consistency and technical excellence across global manufacturing facilities.
• Serve as the single point of contact for manufacturing operations across all product lines.
• Establish performance baselines and drive key manufacturing KPIs including safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain executable capacity models for complex, engineer-to-order products.
• Analyze S&OP forecasts and material constraints to optimize production schedules.
• Collaborate with design engineering and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and successful site integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, specifically in modular construction, heavy electrical infrastructure, or data center systems.
• Proven expertise in capacity modeling, labor standards, and S&OP processes.
• Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Ability to travel globally (20–30%) for site readiness and audits.
