Technical Operation Manager (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Lead engineers focused on manufacturing quality and operational excellence across internal and contract partners.
• Own NPI production ramp and manufacturing readiness using the APQP framework.
• Establish quality control plans, specifications, and acceptance criteria for global manufacturing sites.
• Oversee NPI validation builds and coordinate test readiness, including ITP, FAT, and QCP.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to standardize and streamline manufacturing processes.
• Support PFMEA reviews and develop standard operating procedures for assembly processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality manufacturing with a strong emphasis on NPI execution.
• Extensive experience implementing APQP with contract manufacturers.
• Proven experience leading teams of 5 or more engineers.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, SPC principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; sponsorship is not provided.

• Experience working with global, multi-region contract manufacturing partners.
