Salary: $73,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

• Visit retail locations regularly to build relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge and training to retail staff to drive brand awareness.
• Ensure displays, signage, and pricing are accurate and maintained according to schedule.
• Partner with Pro Sales teams and distributor representatives to support Pro-focused programs.
• Assist In-Home Sales Consultants in driving Repair & Replace business.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding sales messaging and product performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in a client-facing role.
• Must be based in the Bay Area, CA and able to perform daily local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute action plans effectively.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Background in the building materials or millwork industry.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
• Prior field sales experience.
