Salary: $52,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Open a high volume of new retail accounts weekly and build partnerships with wholesalers and B2B operators.
  • Secure prime shelf placement and manage merchandising, including POS, rotation, and facings.
  • Manage and deliver product inventory to ensure stores remain consistently stocked.
  • Execute local sampling, demos, and events to boost brand visibility and product velocity.
  • Utilize a mobile CRM to log daily sales metrics and compliance data.
  • Collaborate with DSD/RTM distributors to ensure seamless store shipments.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth.
  • Experience in DSD, route, or field sales within the beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco industries.
  • Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage active daily routes.
  • Location: Must be based in Buffalo, NY.
