What you will do

• Lead the implementation of a new global OT domain to meet IT/OT separation requirements.
• Manage the transition of OT applications into new environments while minimizing operational disruption.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including SMEs, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
• Operate within a matrix project management structure to manage competing priorities and timelines.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and progress reporting to the central program office.
• Drive improvements in OT security, authentication, and authorization controls.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, cybersecurity, or OT transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of OT environments and associated security challenges.
• Experience managing IT/OT separation initiatives or infrastructure migrations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a global matrix organization.
• Knowledge of IAM, security governance, and network segmentation principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.

Nice to have

• Experience with OT security frameworks like IEC 62443 or NIST.
• Knowledge of industrial environments such as manufacturing or energy.
• Experience implementing IAM integrations within OT environments.
