What you will do

• Drive execution and delivery of complex security programs from start to finish.
• Manage project resources, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, issue/risk registers, and status reports using agile methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international project teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
• Monitor project performance, scope, and budget, ensuring timely change management and stakeholder approval.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure clear communication and issue escalation.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in IT or Security.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects on time and on budget.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for influencing senior executives and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• PMI or Scrum Alliance certifications (Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master).
