What you will do

• Oversee and manage day-to-day execution of cyber contracts.
• Ensure delivery of client requirements and compliance with corporate quality management policies.
• Execute effective stakeholder engagement with internal and external parties.
• Implement resource management to source, hire, develop, and coach top talent.
• Support the Executive Team on strategic initiatives and capability development.
• Support business development and proposal activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Federal consulting.
• Master's degree in a technical or cyber-related field.
• Active PMP and CISSP certifications.
• Experience managing teams, including at least one role with 10+ cyber staff.
• Knowledge of Federal cyber regulations, requirements, and trends.
• Secret clearance or higher, or the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
