What you will do

• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing timelines.
• Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, aligning project goals with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure transparent communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks while seizing opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the continuous improvement of tools and methodologies to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably within fintech or enterprise business systems.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or other relevant engineering experience.
• Proven track record of managing programs in the software development industry from kick-off to shipment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practical experience as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent.
