What you will do

• Develop and oversee implementation of EHS systems to protect associates, facilities, and local communities.
• Provide strategic direction on sustainability and EHS matters within Americas leadership meetings.
• Coordinate business continuity activities across the Americas region.
• Lead environmental sustainability initiatives including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and ISO certification maintenance.
• Establish and publish internal and external metrics to demonstrate world-class safety performance.
• Serve as deputy to the Vice President, Global EHS and Business Continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, Science, or related field required.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing managing global or regional EHS/sustainability programs.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing environments and regulatory mandates.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and organized labor.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing large-scale, high-stress projects.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation.
