What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Perform critical path analysis and update progress to provide accurate schedule forecasts.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, project dashboards, and detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress data and verify activity impacts.
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies to support project delivery.
• Provide schedule input for cost forecasting, change management, and claims support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with proven experience in the US construction industry.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery methods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate schedule impacts clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with earned value management (EVM), risk analysis, or delay analysis.
• Certifications such as PSP (AACE) or PMI-SP.
