What you will do

• Oversee complex construction initiatives, managing budgets, profit, and cost projections.
• Coordinate field activities and installation phases to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial assessment through design, bidding, and installation.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships to preserve company reputation.
• Ensure a safe work environment by verifying that contractors meet OSHA and industry safety standards.
• Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics while evaluating construction product feasibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction and the design of building systems.
• Proven experience in project management, estimating, and field installation supervision.
• OSHA certifications required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and MS Project.
