What you will do

• Assist Project Managers in monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate project deliverables and facilitate internal and external project communication.
• Support the development and coordination of project proposals and contracts.
• Organize and participate in project meetings, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team members.
• Serve as a secondary project contact to manage client expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain quality documentation and proactively identify and resolve project conflicts.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 4 years of relevant experience required, with at least two years of cumulative project support experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of project execution, building design, and construction principles.
• Experience in the AEC or Professional Services industry preferred.
• English: Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently is required.
