What you will do

• Direct the overall management of complex construction projects from assessment through design, bidding, and installation.
• Set project objectives, goals, and deadlines, selecting appropriate construction methods and strategies.
• Maintain full financial responsibility, including budgets, profit and cost projections.
• Coordinate all field activities with facilities and owners to ensure operations are not interrupted.
• Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, schematics, and construction bid packages.
• Ensure a safe work environment by verifying that contractors meet OSHA and industry safety standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction and the design of building systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Science, or Construction Management (experience considered in lieu of education).
• OSHA certifications required.
• Proven experience in project management, estimating, field installation, and supervision.
• Technical expertise in mechanical and/or electrical fields.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
