Designer UX/UI (SR) (Fintech/Logistics): Leading the design process from user research and problem definition to the delivery of high-fidelity interfaces with an accent on user-centered experiences and scalable design systems. What you will do

• Lead UX and UI initiatives to ensure digital products deliver consistent, accessible, and user-focused experiences.
• Conduct user research through interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to support design decisions.
• Map user journeys, workflows, and information architecture to improve overall product experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using modern design tools.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Collaborate with agile squads, Product Owners, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable design solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in UX/UI Design with a portfolio demonstrating the full design process.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback.
• Deep knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, and user-centered methodologies.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) within product squads.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B products, fintech, logistics, or payment platforms.
