What you will do

  • Lead design direction for key product areas, ensuring a high-quality user experience across complex payment solutions.
  • Mentor and coach product designers, fostering a culture of craft excellence and constructive critique.
  • Partner with product managers and engineering leads to define product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Guide design projects from discovery through delivery, navigating trade-offs and ensuring design intent.
  • Collaborate with Design System experts to champion consistency and scalability across the portfolio.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate generative and Agentic AI into the UX process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a lead, senior, or principal role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Proven ability to develop designers and provide actionable professional feedback.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and evidence-based design.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS and/or the Payments sector.
