What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and repair PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers in an end-user environment.
  • Provide dedicated technical support to client-identified VIPs.
  • Execute Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) activities and other desk-side support.
  • Respond to change management requests and install new PC equipment.
  • Communicate repair status, arrival times, and estimates to users and service desk staff.
  • Follow all documented service operations policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Melbourne, FL, USA
  • Technical school certification or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must own a basic repair kit.

Nice to have

  • A+ certification.
  • Relevant OEM Certifications.
