What you will do
- Troubleshoot and repair PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers in an end-user environment.
- Provide dedicated technical support to client-identified VIPs.
- Execute Install/Move/Add/Change (IMAC) activities and other desk-side support.
- Respond to change management requests and install new PC equipment.
- Communicate repair status, arrival times, and estimates to users and service desk staff.
- Follow all documented service operations policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Melbourne, FL, USA
- Technical school certification or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems.
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair kit.

- A+ certification.
- Relevant OEM Certifications.
