What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components on company devices.
• Provide technical support to end-users via in-person, remote, email, and phone channels.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Set up new workstations, including user accounts and application configuration.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and support tickets.
• Educate end-users on troubleshooting techniques and best practices.

Requirements

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must be able to work onsite in Topeka, KS.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a workstation support or similar technical role.
• Proficiency in Windows environment, DNS, Active Directory, and VPN.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
