What you will do
- Configure and set up computers and workstations.
- Perform routine, repeatable technical tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Manage and track IT inventory, including PCs and related equipment.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware assets.
- Provide basic desktop support, including troubleshooting printers and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing IT operations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or a related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable with bending, standing, and moving equipment.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Downers Grove, IL
