What you will do
- Provide advanced onsite and desk-side IT support for end users as an escalation point from the service desk.
- Support and maintain Windows PCs, laptops, and mobile devices within an enterprise environment.
- Manage device provisioning, replacements, troubleshooting, and full lifecycle management.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune operations, including enrollment, compliance monitoring, and application deployments.
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues and collaborate with senior IT staff on complex incidents.
- Execute endpoint security patching and document technical procedures according to IT standards.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows endpoints in a professional business environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.
- Experience providing onsite user support with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and Azure AD concepts.
- Physical ability to lift and move IT equipment as part of onsite duties.
- Must comply with the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
