What you will do

• Provide advanced onsite and desk-side IT support for end users as an escalation point from the service desk.
• Support and maintain Windows PCs, laptops, and mobile devices within an enterprise environment.
• Manage device provisioning, replacements, troubleshooting, and full lifecycle management.
• Oversee Microsoft Intune operations, including enrollment, compliance monitoring, and application deployments.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and collaborate with senior IT staff on complex incidents.
• Execute endpoint security patching and document technical procedures according to IT standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows endpoints in a professional business environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.
• Experience providing onsite user support with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and Azure AD concepts.
• Physical ability to lift and move IT equipment as part of onsite duties.
• Must comply with the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
