What you will do
- Perform basic and complex troubleshooting and repair of PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
- Provide dedicated technical support to client-identified VIPs.
- Manage change requests, including the installation of new PC equipment and providing desk-side support.
- Execute Install, Move, Add, or Change (IMAC) activities.
- Proactively communicate repair status and time estimates to end-users and service desk personnel.
- Ensure adherence to all documented service operations policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Melbourne, FL, USA.
- Technical school certification or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems.
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ownership of a basic repair kit.
