What you will do

• Perform on-site IT support, installation, and troubleshooting at multiple locations daily.
• Execute structured cabling tasks including pulling, terminating, and labeling.
• Install and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, cameras, and access points.
• Support IT infrastructure in outdoor and industrial environments, including renewable and gas sites.
• Document work progress, site conditions, and technical issues using reporting tools.
• Adhere to strict safety procedures and site-specific compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must reside in or near the Detroit Metro Area.
• Previous experience in an IT Field Technician or hands-on field services role.
• Basic cabling experience with copper or fiber.
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations daily and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial, utility, renewable energy, or gas site environments.
• Familiarity with basic networking hardware.
• OSHA or safety training certifications.
