What you will do

• Provide hands-on support for end-users, applications, and hardware to ensure reliability.
• Perform system updates, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software failures to maintain operational uptime.
• Manage and resolve end-user requests through internal ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors on hardware and software deployment.
• Provide on-call support and participate in off-hours maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and OS patching.
• Proficiency in desktop/laptop hardware break-fix and troubleshooting.
• Basic scripting knowledge using PowerShell or similar tools.
• Ability to work 2nd Shift (2 pm to 10:30 pm).
• Must be based in Jeffersonville, IN, USA and work onsite.
