What you will do
- Provide first and second-level support for end-user, customer-facing, and property-based infrastructure.
- Perform root cause analysis and mitigation for on-premises technology and network systems.
- Coordinate and execute installation, upgrades, and maintenance of hardware and software products.
- Participate in vulnerability remediation and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to automated monitoring alerts and maintain local resource health.
- Track and document all incidents, service requests, and change activities in the Service Management System.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a computer science-related field preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a jurisdictional casino gaming license.
- General understanding of production operating systems, local area networks, and communication protocols.
- Strong personal computing skills and excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with flexible shifts.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in casino environments.
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications.
- Experience with mission-critical gaming and hospitality systems.
- Demonstrated entry-level technical skills in multiple platforms.
